Newsleather Radermecker - CS Cuir Sellerie

It is in Saint-Lager in France, that the workshop of Mrs Céline Soumet is installed : CS Cuir Sellerie. Always passionate about horses, Mrs Céline Soumet decided to make her passion her job. After training as a Saddler Harnesser, she then specialized in the manufacture of harnesses, which requires relative strength and certain comfort for both the animal and the driver.

Mr John Hardy and Mrs Joanne Faniel have chosen to work mainly for draught horses and more particularly for work horses (skidding, market gardenning, vines, horses team, etc.). They make all the necessary equipment for these horses, ranging from the collar to the halter through the harness, the wheel coupling, the bridle, the horse snaffle, the backrest, the belly strap, the horse guides, draught and front draught.

"We work with Della leather in halfback because we find it softer, more resistant, but we especially like the less shiny color which looks good on our creations. All our creations are sewn by hand in saddle stitch and this leather lends itself well, it is very pleasant to work for all stages (cutting, edges, sewing, folding, gluing). Demanding for the quality of our leathers, we have never been disappointed by the Radermecker Tannery, regular color, quality always there !"
