Radermecker Tannery informs you of the possibilities of tracking your order by means of a confirmation email that is sent to you after your order has been placed.
Return policy
Radermecker Tannery informs you about the modalities to modify your order once it is finalized on our e-shop, and also about your right of withdrawal. If you are satisfied with the articles you have received, but they arrived damaged, or if you are not satisfied with the articles you have received, the Tannerie Radermecker will explain to you the steps to follow and the time frame for doing so.
