Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. We will ship your order within 5 working days.

When your order leaves our tannery, you will be notified by a second email. On this email you will find a link to your order tracking, with an automatic connection to your personal login.

Delivery is made to the address indicated when you placed your order;

You can check the status of your package:

• Track & Trace general on the DPD website
• The myDPD application to check the status of the parcel, track deliveries and change the delivery location or time.

All deliveries are made by our service provider DPD. We use the DPD Predict service which allows you to know the delivery day proposed by DPD, and if it does not suit you, you can change it. You must sign for your package.

If you are absent on the day of delivery, a second presentation of the parcel is made.

We are able to deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

The delivery times depend on the destination (the times indicated below are communicated to us by DPD, are indicative and do not engage the responsibility of our shop):

Delivery costs are free for all orders of 100€ or more.

For orders of less than 100€, delivery costs are calculated according to the destination of the parcel(s) (prices indicated are in Euros, all taxes included). 

For the packaging of our parcelsOur team takes the utmost care in using the appropriate materials (double or triple fluted cardboard, etc.). The leather is carefully packed and protected in corrugated cardboard. The leathers are then beautifully wrapped in kraft paper in RADERMECKER image.®
