Features of the saddle leather Pykara shoulder dyed:
The shoulder Pykara dyed is afull grain saddle leather unpressed, uncorrected, smooth grain and flesh. It is a vegetable tanned leather and therefore a non-allergenic leather. This saddle leather has a pigmented finish in Black, Chocolate, Havana and Cognac. This pigmented finish consists of applying an opaque layer of pigment in order to completely cover the roughness of the leather, and ensures a good protection of the leather against light, rubbing and stains, the appearance is less natural than the aniline finish. The shoulder Pykara dyed leather is nourished with oil in emulsion. This is a liquid oil feed that is added to our drums. The leather will feed on the oil in order to be nourished. This is suitable for leatherwork or leather goods requiring a high finish without fat.
Origin of shoulders Pykara dyed :
Dyed Pykara shoulders are sourced fromselected beef and bullfarms in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. To ensure the quality of the leather linked to its production, a leather traceability process has been set up at Radermecker Tannery. The hides are marked 3 times with 3 identifiers at each stage: on receipt of the hides, enabling traceability of the origin of the hides; during the tanning process; during the finishing process.

Care instructions for shoulder Pykara dyed:
For thecare of your leather, we advise you in general: To pay particular attention to exposure to light, which can alter the colour of your leather, to always dust your leather with a dry cloth before applying a specific treatment. In case of contact with water, let your leather dry naturally, at room temperature, without any additional heat source.
For the care of our saddle leather Pykara pigmented dyed, the food will remain on the surface of the leather without penetrating it on the grain side because the pigments form an impermeable protective film. Food can be added to the flesh side of the leather to restore suppleness.
