Features of saddle leather Angel in quarter of hide :

The saddle leather Angel is horse saddle leather. Quater of hide Angel is saddle leather full grain, unpressed, uncorrected, with visible grain. This leather benefits from an aniline finish that preserves the natural appearance of the leather. It has a through-tone and is enhanced by velvet-tinted flesh. This leather is exceptionally soft, making it easy to assemble. It is mineral-tanned to preserve certain technical features. It is characterized by a high degree of softness, giving it a silky feel throughout its life once stretched. It also has a grippy feel to guarantee a good seat. It will absorb food perfectly throughout its life.

Origins of Angel quarters of hide :

Quarter of hides Angel are sourced from selected beef and bull farms in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. To ensure the quality of the leather linked to its production, a leather traceability process has been set up at Radermecker Tannery. The hides are marked 3 times with 3 identifiers at each stage: on receipt of the hides, enabling traceability of the origin of the hides; during the tanning process; during the finishing process.

Angel leather is the saddle leather for horses saddle. We recommend the use of our Angel saddle leather in thickness 1.8-2mm for horse saddle seats and in thickness 1.3-1.5mm for horse saddle cushions and for horse saddle flaps linings.

Care instructions for Angel saddle leather :

Tocare for your leathers, we recommend that you: pay particular attention to exposure to light, which can alter the color of your leathers; always dust your leathers with a dry cloth before applying a specific treatment. If your leather comes into contact with water, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature, without any additional heat source.
saddle leather Angel care: Feeding the grain will nourish the areas between the pores of the hide and the pores themselves. It's the same process as nourishing your hands when the skin is dry. Our saddle leather Angel will withstand moisture; just let it dry at room temperature and it will look as good as new. Moistening Angel leather gives it greater elasticity and softness, and Angel leather will shrink during the drying process without altering the suppleness of the hand.
