You wish to modify your order:

 

If you wish to modify your order, you can send us an email on our contact form. If your order has not yet been processed, we will take your request into account. If your order has already been processed, we will unfortunately not be able to take your modification request into account. We will of course keep you informed of the outcome of your request.

 

You wish to return your order:

 

From the date of receipt of your order, you have 14 clear days to return your ordered item(s) (after this period, the products delivered are deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the customer).

To return your order :

  • Contact us (via our contact form or by email contact@radermecker.com) to let us know that you are going to make a return. As soon as we receive your return request, we will confirm that we have received it and will inform you of the return procedure.
  • Print and fill in the return form.
  •  Send your order with the form to the address we will send you by email.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. 

The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another packaging.

Upon receipt of your return, the item(s) will be checked by our quality department to ensure that they are in a condition similar to the original one so that they can be remarketed as new.

 

In the event of deterioration of the item, we may refuse the return, replacement or refund as the item can no longer be considered as new.

 

Upon receipt of your item(s), we will refund the total amount of your purchase (cost of item + delivery) according to the method of payment used. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Right of withdrawal :

 

We also remind you that in accordance with article VI. 47 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has the right to notify the company that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.

You have received your order but your item(s) arrived damaged:

 

All our products leave our premises in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the parcel(s), the customer must report to the carrier the slightest trace of shock, and if necessary refuse the parcel. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must carefully check the contents of the package. The exchange or reimbursement of any product declared, after the fact, damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made on receipt of the parcel, cannot be taken into account.

If reservations have been made with the carrier, please contact us at (via the contact form or by email at contact@radermecker.com), specifying :

  1. Your order number 
  2. Description of the problem (faulty/defective item, etc.)
  3. A photo or video

As soon as we receive your request, we will keep you informed and inform you of the terms and conditions of return if we accept it.
