The saddle leather Niagara is a 100% natural leather. It is an full grain leather unpressed, uncorrected, smooth grain and flesh. It is a vegetable tanned leather so a non-allergenic leather. The vegetable tannins make it possible to have a firm and resistant leather. Niagara leather is dyed with an aniline finish that preserves the natural appearance of the leather. It is fed in a tallow bath(a mixture of paraffin and beef fat), more commonly known as "tallow leather". This food allows an ease of cutting and work as well as a resistance to water more important. The tallow allows to have a leather without maintenance because the fat is given in a constant way on the surface of the leather, giving him the necessary food and a patina of excellence. Thanks to this food, the saddle leather Niagara has an advanced resistance in outside use, it will reject any external disturbance (water / saline environment). This saddle leather is therefore suitable for intensive use of wear. The Niagara leather is available in shoulder, half shoulder, quarter shoulder, strap shoulder mainly used for the realization of leather goods. It is also available in half-back, half-back and half-back mainly used for the realization of harnessing pieces.

Testimony of Cabon Sellier
"I use Niagara leather in all my creations or repairs. It is an easy to work with leather that is very well nourished and does not damage easily. The dye quality of the hides is also one of the best I have found on the market. I use it for both fine bridle and hitching equipment. This leather is my #1 choice when I do round stitching, the leather does not fade, its color stays the same from start to finish. The size of the hides is also great, I've never been disappointed, you can pull very large strips... handy for making long reins!"
