After filling in your payment details when you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.

In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed and delivered to our DPD carrier (within 2 to 3 working days).

When your order is picked up by our DPD carrier, you will receive a tracking email at the email address you provided when placing your order. This email will give you the DPD tracking number of your parcel(s), and thus allow you to follow the progress of your order.
