Introducing Equelvi Leatherworks
Locatedin Roeselare, Belgium, Mrs. Eline Victor has a small side business that allows her to indulge her passion for leatherwork: Equelvi Leatherworks. She makes her own confections such as belts and dog collars, as well as leather equestrian equipment (halters, bridles, etc.). Her horse Cassarah, a Reinland Warmblood, is her source of inspiration and test "dummy" for her creations. Mrs. Eline Victor also carries out repairs.

"My partner is a European tree technician and had difficulty finding decent holsters for pruning saws. I made a few prototypes for him and his closest colleagues, which were noticed by Condor Safety. As a result, I received a large order for these holsters and chose Radermecker Della leather to make them. The leather is very pleasant to work with. The parts were cut using an AquaJet machine, and the leather came out perfectly. Hand-stitching was very easy, even though it was done with 3 layers of full thickness leather (14mm in total). I'm very pleased with the quality and will definitely try the other leathers Radermecker has to offer."

In Belgentier, France, Florence Todeschi practises her craft as asaddler and harness-maker: Le Showroom de la Cavalière. Specializing in made-to-measure products, she carefully crafts accessories and equipment for horses. All Le Showroom de la Cavalière creations are made from top-of-the-range, 1st choice materials. Leathers are selected for their qualities (full grain, robustness, suppleness to vegetable and mineral tanning, depending on their use) and from the best tanneries committed to selecting the finest skins with the greatest care. Seams are hand-stitched. Florence Todeschi also offers a full leather repair and maintenance service.
