Eisenberg Saddlery
Trainedas a saddler, Mylène Eisenberg recently moved to Lorraine, in the north-east of France. Her workshop is called Eisenberg Saddlery. She mainly designs equipment for horses and dogs, using traditional craftsmanship.
"I use Angel leather on a daily basis when I design the linings for my creations. This leather is very pleasant and a joy to work with. I appreciate its suppleness and the ease with which it can be worked and shaped. It offers great comfort in contact with animal hide . Tested and approved by masters too, since I also use it to design the handles of my leashes. I don't limit its use to linings: its natural look, pleasant feel and sturdiness also appeal to my leather goods customers."

Fred Lerpa
Mr Fred Lerpa is a musician and leather craftsman. For nearly thirty years, he has been combining his two passions around the same idea: sharing know-how. He has learned to work leather using ancient and traditional techniques. Based on an idea, a model or a drawing, he can make bags, clutches, belts, guitar straps and more. Each piece is unique and authentic.
"For this besace, I was looking for a beautiful leather, both soft and deep in color. I also wanted a local, artisanal production, to enhance this bag. It was at Radermecker Tannery that I found what I was looking for in Angel leather. It was just the right suppleness for the finished product, and their color work is exceptional. The besace shown here is made in cognac and havana. In addition to the very pleasing finish, I really enjoyed working with it. It's soft when cut, and the saddle-stitch stitching matches the skins perfectly. It's also on the flesh side that you notice the quality of Angel leather, with a velvety look that overflows with softness and the same depth of hue."
