You wish to modify your order:

 

If you wish to modify your order, you can send us an email on our contact form. If your order has not yet been processed, we will take your request into account. If your order has already been processed, we will unfortunately not be able to take your change request into account. We will, of course, keep you informed of the outcome of your request.

 

You wish to return your order:

 

From the date of receipt of your order, you have a period of 14 clear days to return your ordered item(s) (after this period, the products delivered are deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the customer)

To return your order:

  • Contact us (via our contact form or by email hello@radermecker.com) to let us know that you are going to make a return . As soon as we receive your return request, we will confirm that we have received it and will inform you of the return procedure.
  • Print and fill in the return form.
  • Send your order with the form to the address we will give you by email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another packaging.

Upon receipt of your return, the item(s) will be checked by our quality department to ensure that they are in a similar condition to the original one that they can be remarketed in new condition.

 

If the item is damaged, we may refuse to accept the return, replacement or refund as the item can no longer be considered new.

 

After receiving your item(s), we will refund the total amount of your purchase (cost of the item + delivery) according to the method of payment. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Right of withdrawal :

 

We also remind you that according to Article VI. 47 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has the right to notify the company that he/she renounces the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes physical possession of the goods.

You have received your order but your item(s) have arrived damaged:

 

All our products leave our premises in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the parcel(s), the customer must report to the carrier the slightest trace of shock, and if necessary refuse the parcel. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must carefully check the contents of the package. The exchange or reimbursement of any product declared, after the fact, damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made on receipt of the parcel, cannot be taken into account.

If reservations have been made with the carrier, please contact us at(via the contact form or by email to hello@radermecker.com), specifying :

  1. Your order number 
  2. Description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...)
  3. A photo or video

As soon as we receive your request, we will keep you informed and inform you of the terms and conditions of the return if it is accepted by us.
