2 - General conditions of use of the site and the services offered

10 - Handling of complaints

Complaints concerning the performance of the contract and/or the items supplied must be complete, clear and submitted within a reasonable time to RADERMECKER SRL.

Complaints submitted will be dealt with as soon as possible.
